The modality to submit the complaints through the intermediary of the Financial Supervision Authority

Complaints submitted through the Financial Supervision Authority

All the complaints submitted through the Financial Supervision Authority are analysed and solved by the Committee for the analysis and solution of complaints, following their solution amiably. In case of these complaints, the answer, the justification letter and all the other relevant documents (complete copy of the claim file, the insurance conditions applicable in this case, the business correspondence, other justificative documents etc., as the case may be), in accordance with the mentions stipulated in article 2, letter i of the F.S.A. Norm no. 24/2014, are sent to the Financial Supervision Authority.
